Instore Pickup :

For paintings that are under the "Ready to Ship/ Same Day Delivery" collection, Clients can opt for Instore pickup of the same at our gallery address: 

No3, Venkatanarayana Road, near panagal park, T.nagar, Chennai - 600017. 

Please be sure to bring in your order confirmation email/ payment details for easy processing of the order. Painting would be ready for pickup  under two hours of order confirmation. Clients can also opt for a delivery if they are located within the 30km radius from the gallery area if they prefer. 

Processing Time

For Paintings made to order, the processing time will take 15-20 working days depending on the size. Vinayaka Art Gallery will ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. 

Our products are shipped via FedEx and are insured as well.

International Shipping Charges

The transport costs for your shipments are calculated based on the total weight.

A decisive factor for calculating the price, however, is whether the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight.

Shipments where dimensional weight exceeds actual weight are charged according to the following volumetric calculation. You can pay this once the order is shipped, if there are any extra charges.

Import Duty

We don't have any control over import duty, and we cannot able to tell how much customs officer will charge you. It purely depends on the country and their customs policy. Customers only need to pay the customs Duty for their products.

Insurance is provided  by FedEx. Their terms and conditions apply for Shipping Insurance policy.
